Guardian Fire Safety Management Ltd was founded by Paul Rodwell MIFSM in 2014. The company's ethos is to provide an honest, friendly, and professional service to customers without any pressure of sales or the distress and frustration of hidden charges.
Paul is a veteran of 35 years in the fire safety arena, including 25 years employed in the corporate Fire Protection sector, gaining vast experience in maintaining fire safety throughout a wide spectrum of commercial environments, from nuclear power stations, military and governmental installations, marine, airports, agriculture, commerce, local authorities, social housing projects, private and royal estates, the food industry, leisure and retail sectors, and all manner of private businesses. He has been is an official maintenance contractor for Suffolk Fire & Rescue Service at their fire stations & water rescue units for over twenty years, and more recently for Essex Fire & Rescue service too.
Paul was among the very first service technicians in the country to become BAFE trained, qualified and registered. His reputation for honesty and good workmanship has secured many prestigious contracts, and has also retained existing business by settling customer disputes as a troubleshooter. Further studies and training in fire risk assessment with the FPA paved his progression into Fire Safety Consultancy, including an education & training qualification. He is a registered fire risk assessor on the Institute of Fire Safety Managers national (TFRAR) register and is a committee approved member.
